If you're a highly motivated graduate, looking to work hard and move up the ladder fast, ACT just may be for you. This unique program pays for your MBA and puts you in senior management, earning a six-figure salary in just six to eight years.
This program is a six-step program designed for exceptional college graduates who are willing to relocate multiple times, learning multiple areas of the Brown Shoe business.

Qualifications
We're looking for recent college grads with:
• A Business Degree (preferred)
• A 3.5 GPA or higher (preferred)
• Related work experience or internships
• A willingness to be relocated
The Track
STEP ONE:
Your position: Product Coordinator, Marketing Representative,
Regional Merchandising Representative (requires relocation)
Duration: 12 - 18 months
Location: Metro Area (requires relocation)
STEP TWO :
Your position: Store Manager, Famous Footwear (Retail)
Duration: 12 - 18 months
Location: Metro Area (requires relocation)
STEP THREE:
Your Position: Global Marketing Specialist Associate Account Executive, New Store Optimization Specialist
Duration: 12 - 18 months
Location: St. Louis, Brown Shoe Headquarters
Education: Company-sponsored MBA, Year 1
STEP FOUR:
Your Position: Sales Specialist,
Strategic Planning Analyst, Social Media Specialist
Duration: 12 - 18 months
Education: Continued company-sponsored MBA, Year 2
STEP FIVE:
Your Position: Manager, Assortment Planning (Management level);
Marketing Planning Manager (Management level)
Duration: 24 - 36 months
Location: St. Louis, Brown Shoe Headquarters
Your Education: MBA complete
STEP SIX:
Your Position: Director level position
Location: St. Louis, Brown Shoe Headquarters
Salary: $100,000+ (based on market analysis for specific position)
